1. Return and Refund Policy
Return Window You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging
- Hygiene-sensitive products once the seal/packaging has been opened
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once shipped, orders are subject to the return policy above.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund after the timeframe above, first check your bank account, then contact your card issuer. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at Getsoftnest1@gmail.com.

3. Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time Once shipped, estimated delivery is 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs. These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays from customs, carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Shipping Rates Calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in item price or shipping cost.
Tracking A confirmation email with tracking information is sent once your order ships (where available).
Lost or Stolen Packages Getsoftnest is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim; we can assist with documentation.
Incorrect Shipping Information We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.
